Puravankara launches Purva Eternity in Kakkanad
A unique residential development re-creating the magic of ancient Kerala

April 21, 2006: Having announced its foray in Kochi earlier this year, Puravankara Projects has now announced another launch in Kochi – Purva Eternity. Located in Kakkanad, this project will recreate the magic of ancient Kerala in a modern setting and offer residents a serene living environment. Purva Eternity is our tribute to the Lords that walked the land of Kerala and a recognition of the culturally rich traditions that define the State.

Purva Eternity will comprise 600 nos, 2&3 bedroom units, in six high rise structures, spread over 5.5 acres of verdant green spaces. While the 2-bedroom apartments measure 1244 sq. ft., the 3-bedroom apartments range from 1541sqft to 1674 sq. ft. and are being launched at Rs 1790 per sqft onwards. Further, Purva Eternity is ideally located in close proximity to KINFRA (Info Park) and Cochin Export Processing Zone (CEPZ). This project is expected to be completed in the next 36 months.

The clubhouse will be built along the Nallukettu style of architecture with sloping tiled roofs and robust wooden columns presiding over the Gym and the billiards area. The landscaped spaces will be lined with statues of mystical Nymphs and Gods along with characteristic Kerala elements like the Urlis (traditional metal vessels) and wooden traditional Kerala-style pillars. Further, the architecture will be an ensemble of simplicity and elegance and is tailored to suit Kerala’s climate and culture, offering residents an experience of complete relaxation in an idyllic environment.

Purva Eternity will offer a well-equipped gym, meditation and aerobic rooms, a swimming pool (including a toddler’s pool), steam and sauna rooms, billiard room, basketball post, jogging track, multi-purpose hall, a club theatre, super-market space, among others. The project is also provided with a Central Gas Bank.
