Puravankara Announces the Launch of Fountainsquare Combining European
Aesthetics with Modern Architecture
First residential project in Bangalore having 81%
of the total property area as open space
Puravankara Projects today announced
the launch of their newest offering, Fountainsquare on Airport Road,
Bangalore. The residential project is the first of its kind in the
city to boast of a European ambience featuring over 13 acres of
open space.
Built on an expanse of nearly 16 acres, Fountainsquare
would have about 300 feet separation area across apartment blocks
for a total of 1200 apartments. Some of the unique features of the
Rs. 500 crores project would be a grand central fountain, an impressive
number of water cascades, wet and dry fountains, layered gardens
and stone-scapes interspersed with cobble stone path. Built on modern
construction technology while evoking an European ambience the project
would cater to discerning home-seekers who are attuned to global
lifestyle trends.
Ravi
Puravankara, Chairman, Puravankara Projects said, "From its
European ambience, ultra-modern amenities like a health-spa, lounge
bars, temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool to world class
fixtures and fittings, the project is unconventional in the truest
sense." "The project aims to give Bangaloreans a home
with all the comforts and conveniences of a resort", he added.

Parkridge, Ring Road, near Marathahalli; Purva Riviera, Airport
