Puravanaka Plans big projects in Chennai

Puravankara Projects Ltd has announced the launch of a residential project here, plans to invest more than Rs 1000 crores in the real-estate development here in the next three years

Mr Girish Puravankara Deputy Managing Director Puravankara Projects Ltd told Newsperson here on Tuesday that construction of the residential project coming up in the IT corridor will start in May.

The project Purva Swanlake coming up at Kellambakkam on the OMR will be spread across 11 acres with 700 apartments of 1250sft to 1750 sft.

According to press release Puravankara is also considering entering hospitality sector with 350-bedromm super deluxe hotel. The project is likely to come up in Banaglore, but it is in the early stages and the details are to be finalized Mr Girish said.
