India's first Residents' Advantage Program
Purva Advantage Program is an exclusive customer relationship/loyalty program devised specially for residents* and owners of Puravankara properties across India.
The first of its kind to be launched in India, this program opens the window to a luxury of convenient services at your doorstep, special Advantage and a host of exclusive benefits.
 This is applicable only for residents of any Apartment promoted by Puravankara Projects Limited. Only one Card will be issued per apartment and is not transferable. This card is available only for individuals who have attained the age of 21 years as on the date of issue.
The Purva Advantage Card
Once you become the owner of a Purva Home, you will receive a personalized Purva Advantage Card within 45 days from the date of submission of your details. This Purva Advantage card will be your passport to a world of exclusive benefits and Advantage. Membership into the Purva Advantage Program is free of cost, but subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Usage of the Purva Advantage Card
On receipt of the membership kit, read the brochure carefully to know the details & benefits of the program. The members have to provide their unique card number in all communication to validate their membership or when they want to avail any Concierge service or participate in the Referral program. Presentation of the Card is compulsory for availing benefits in Associate Establishments. All Advantage are subject to the terms of Associate Establishments who offer such benefits. This may include suspension of validity of card during offer period of stores or during a particular season.

Special offers from Associate Establishments
The Purva Advantage card will allow a member to shop across a variety of brands and outlets - from clothes to dining to spas to saloons to hotels rooms at a discounted rate or under special offer.
How to avail the special offers?
Just present the card before making any transaction at the specified outlets mentioned in the offer leaflet enclosed separately in the membership kit. Whenever you are going out with your family, do not forget to carry your membership card (All offers are subject to limitations imposed by the Establishment).
Concierge service
Don't waste your evening or weekends or lunch hour waiting on hold or taking care of your to-do lists. Our concierge experts have access to a wealth of resources and services, to complete your task in the most efficient way. Most requests are completed in one business day. All you have to do is call the Purva Helpline, quote your membership number and register your request.
The concierge service is your personal assistant-ready to complete any task that's on your list, stressing you out or slowing you down.
All concierge services are supported by TIMESOL and subject to the charges, terms and conditions intimated by them.

A member is only responsible for the cost of what he/she purchases. There is no service charge for any requests. **
Concierge services
How to use the Concierge services?
A member has to call the Purva Helpline or 40929123 and place the service request after validating the membership number and Pin number to the Purva Helpine. Most requests will be completed within 1-2 working days depending on the urgency and nature of the request.
Concierge services will be available only to the residents (owners and tenants) living in the Puravankara apartments. Orders for flowers, cakes and chocolates services will be available only at the member's Puravankara residential address.

Payments
All Payments for Concierge service requests will be collected from the member's Puravankara residence before processing the request. Member can pay by cash/cheque** the member will be handed over an acknowledgement for the receipt of cash towards fulfillment of any requests placed.
Terms and Conditions:
- Membership to the Purva Advantage Program is open only to owners/tenants residing in any Puravankara apartment and those who have bought a Puravankara apartment but live elsewhere in India or abroad.
- Membership to the Purva Advantage program is free of cost and open to individual owners and tenants of Puravankara Projects Ltd., who are above 21 years of age at the time of joining the program.
- Enrollment into the Program will be in the Applicant's full name and only one membership per family will be accepted.
- The Purva Advantage Membership commences upon Applicant's receipt of the Membership card bearing the Purva Advantage Program Membership Number and the program booklet.
- Misuse of Membership card or program Advantage and benefits may result in termination of Membership or withdrawal of benefits at the discretion of Puravankara Projects Ltd.
- The Purva Advantage Membership is not transferable.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd. Reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
- By applying for the Membership of Purva Advantage program, the member authorizes Puravankara Projects Ltd., and organization offering benefits (Associate Establishment) to use the data of the member for marketing and communication purposes for enhanced performance of the Purva Advantage Program. All benefits are subject to the condition of the Associate Establishment with regard to admissibility, limitation of benefit/ time, conditions for availing of benefits or threshold for availing benefit.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd., does not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond its control that may cause a delay or inability to fulfil requests of the member or non-availability of any benefits which are offered by the Associate Establishments.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd., shall not, in any way be responsible for any liability incurred by the member with respect to any aspect of the Purva Advantage Program.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd., shall not in any way be liable or be under any obligations to a member, in case the program is withdrawn/modified due to statutory restrictions or judicial orders.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd., reserves its right at any time to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify, any of the rules, terms, conditions, duration, applicability of the Purva Advantage Program, without incurring any liability and at its sole discretion without assigning any reason and with or without prior notification.
- The decision of Puravankara Projects Ltd., in respect to the Advantage Program will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Entry into the Purva Advantage Program is deemed on acceptance of all conditions herein.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd., is not liable for any non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency of services/products provided by any of the Associate Establishments including but not limited to over billing, quality of merchandise, delay in delivery, non-delivery, non-receipt defect in goods and deficiency in services.
- All payment shall be made directly by the member to the Associate Establishment.
- Puravankara Projects Ltd. does not make any representation or warranty as to be attributes (such as quality, worth, marketability etc,) of the goods or the services proposed to be sold or purchased through or under this Program.
- Purva Advantage card must be presented before the bill is prepared.
- Purva Advantage Membership or use of Purva Advantage card is optional and therefore Puravankara accepts no liability of whatsoever nature.
