3.4 PLUMBING/SANITARY FITTINGS:
3.4.1 Toilets -Good quality vitreous pastel shade ceramic ware for water closets and wash basins with pedestals. Wall mounted EWC includes, seat cover and flush valves, Good quality CP fittings of premium brand will be provided. Counter wash basin in master bed room toilet will be provided.
3.4.2 Kitchen -Will be provided with stainless steel sink (Single bowl, single drain) and sink tap. Kitchen counter top will be of polished black granite. Water outlet provision for water purifier will be provided above drain board in kitchen.
3.5 ELECTRICAL - Best quality cables using copper wiring through PVC conduits concealed in walls and ceilings. Light points, fan points, power points, call bell point and exhaust point provision will be provided. The electrical room will have panel boards, meters, etc as per KSEB norms.
