All Interior Wall Faces:These are plastered and painted with Oil Bound Distemper.

Bedrooms/ Attached balconies. Kitchen/utility: Rectified tiles 
Toilets: Matt / Anti-skid Ceramic tiles 
 
FACILITIES

ELECTRICAL:
Best quality cables using copper wiring through PVC conduits concealed in walls and ceilings. Light points, fan points, power points, call bell point and exhaust point provision will be provided. The electrical room will have panel boards, meters, etc. as per KPTCL norms. Each Apt to have 5KW KPTCL power supply.

TELEPHONE POINTS: Each apartment will have one outlet each in living area and Master Bedroom. The telephone wiring is through concealed conduits.

Balcony/ Utility door: Glazed door and window combination of powder coated aluminium frames and shutters.

Windows: These will be powder coated aluminium glazed sliding / hinged windows.

Ventilators: Powder coated aluminium with glazed louvers and exhaust provision
 
PLUMBING/SANITARY FITTINGS

Toilets:
Good quality vitreous pastel shade ceramic ware for water closets and wash basins with pedestals. EWC includes matching shade seat cover and flushing tank. Good quality CP fittings of premium brand will be provided. Counter wash basin in master bed room- toilet will be provided. 

Kitchen: Will be provided with stainless steel sink and sink tap. Kitchen counter top will be of polished black granite. Water outlet provision for water purifier will be provided above drain board in kitchen
