He has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a highly accomplished leader. He has worked with CB Richard Ellis, Rustomjee, and Raymond Realty in various leadership roles as Head of Investments / CEO, designing and executing strategies to set up and scale these businesses, leading to multifold growth. His expertise spans strategic planning, project optimisation, joint ventures, private equity deals, sales and marketing, and government liaison, covering residential and commercial domains. As Group CEO, Abhishek looks into every aspect of the business, from employee engagement to customer delight.

Abhishek is an inspirational leader and team builder who is always open to new ideas and concepts and uses innovative means to overcome obstacles. He is an alumnus of the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management, Mumbai University, having studied Marketing Management and a Diploma in Business Finance. In addition to his extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, Abhishek Kapoor pursues his passion for spirituality, practices Vipassana meditation and enjoys travelling with his family, including two children. He also works on child development/education and sustainability projects as part of his corporate social responsibility initiatives.
