1. These Big Million Bonanza 2023 offers cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s) extended by Puravankara or Banker.

The Purva properties included in this offer include Purva Zenium (Phase 1), Purva Celestial, Elysian Fields, Purva Atmosphere, Purva Blubelle, Purva Park Hill (all towers), Purva Symphony at The Sound of Water, Sparkling Springs at The Sound of Water, Purva Meraki, Purva Somerset House, Lakevista at Purva Windermere and Thrive at Purva Windermere.
3. The offer is valid on bookings done between 14th October 2023 until sale of a defined number of units per project or 3rd December, whichever is earlier.
4. In case of Purva Windermere, the scheme period is 16th September 2023 to 19th November 2023.
5. Assured Rent is not applicable on Purva Celestial, Elysian Fields and Purva Atmosphere. However, bookings in these properties will be eligible to participate in Lucky Draw.
6. Please meet the Sales Head to know the defined Maximum Assured Rent value for defined configuration in geography of the selected Purva property.
7. Puravankara will be issuing to the customer (subject to property sale agreement execution and payment of 20% of Agreement Value), a credit note bearing the Annual Rent value which can be used to adjust in remaining dues for the booked property.
8. In case of non-acceptance of Assured Rent by customer, the maximum commensurable discount value will be decided by the Sales Head.
9. Date for the Bumper Lucky Draw will be intimated by 15th Feb 2024 for the event in March 2024.
10.
