1. Online Bonus coupon Use & Redemption
   1. Coupons can be purchased online from the Puravankara Limited official website https://www.puravankara.com/freedom-online-home-fest-6.0/ between 00:00 hrs on 06.08.2025 to 23:59 hrs on 14.08.2025.
   2. Purchase of an Online Bonus Coupon is mandatory to be eligible for any additional savings.
   3. The redemption period commences at 00:00 hours of 15.08.2025 and ends at 23:59 hours on 18.08.2025, post which the Online Bonus Coupon expires.
   4. Coupon can be redeemed by entering the redemption code that is sent to your registered email ID.
   5. The Online Bonus Coupon Holder is entitled to a one-time discount of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) against the total sale price of the unit purchased during the offer period. Online Bonus Coupons cannot be used for payments made by cheque, demand draft, NEFT, or RTGS.
   6. Online Bonus Coupons can only be redeemed against the purchase of a single unit in any project by Puravankara Limited registered under RERA (e.g., Purva Meraki, Purva Orient Grand, Purva Park Hill, Purva Somerset House, Purva Windermere, Purva Zenium, Provident Botanico, Provident Sunworth City, Provident Deansgate, Provident Ecopolitian, Provident Capella, Provident Bayscape, Provident Park Square, Provident Kenworth, Provident Adora De Goa) displayed on our website, irrespective of initial project preference indicated at the time of coupon purchase.
   7. A holder can purchase multiple Online Bonus Coupons but can redeem only one coupon per unit booked/purchased.
   8. Online Bonus Coupons are not transferable. Once redeemed, they cannot be reused or transferred against a different unit booking.
2. Booking Related
   1. To use and redeem the Online Bonus Coupon, the customer must ensure that the apartment is booked on or before 18th August 2025. Puravankara Limited will not entertain requests for redemption of Online Bonus Coupons for bookings made after this date or through any unapproved channels.
   2. Once you redeem your Online Bonus Coupon within the offer period, you are required to: (a) pay the balance booking advance of ₹1,00,000, (b) complete other booking formalities by furnishing all KYC-related documents, (c) issue a post-dated cheque for an amount equal to 9% (for RERA registered projects) or 15% (for RTMI projects) of the total sale consideration, and (d) execute the Agreement for Sale within 21 days from booking, failing which the Online Bonus Coupon discount will be withdrawn.
   3. The transaction of sale and purchase will be governed solely and exclusively by the terms and conditions set out in the executed Agreement for Sale, irrespective of any verbal or promotional communication.
   4. Any disputes arising in connection with the Coupon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
3. Refund Related
   1. Coupons are 100% refundable if a cancellation request is raised for a coupon that has not been redeemed for booking.
   2. In case of cancellation of the booking/allotment by the applicant, the booking amount paid will be refunded within 45 working days.
   3. Any cancellation post execution of the Allotment Letter or Agreement to Sell will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in the respective documents.
