Payment Options

1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments

We accept payments via Visa, Master and American Express Card through online payment gateway system.

2. Internet Banking

You can book your dream home by paying through net banking

3. Cheque

We accept payments in the form of cheques as well. Booking of the unit is subject to realisation of the cheque, till that time the unit is blocked for you.

Cancellation & Refund policy

In case of voluntary withdrawal of booking / default in meeting any of the conditions of allotment, the Promoter shall reserve the right to cancel the allotment.

Consequent upon cancellation of the allotment, Promoter will refund the balance amount due to Applicant(s) within 60 (SIXTY) working days after deducting the non-refundable amount of Rs. 100,000 (Rupees One Lakh) and any swiping and GST charges, if applicable.

After Signing of Agreement to Sell, In case of voluntary withdrawal of booking / default in meeting any terms and conditions contained thereof, the cancellation clauses as stated in the Agreement to sell shall be applicable.

In the event of cancellation of an allotment for any reasons whatsoever, all amounts paid on account of GST cannot be refunded. The company shall provide certificate to applicant stating the amounts paid on account of GST, which certificate the applicant may use to directly apply for the refund of the GST paid, if permitted by law.
