Ravi Puravankara, a visionary and dynamic leader, is the Founder &amp; Chairman of Puravankara Limited – one of India’s most admired and trusted real estate brands. Under his guidance and decisive leadership, the company has built an impressive portfolio of completed residential and commercial properties across nine cities.A developer extraordinaire, Ravi prioritises all business decisions, keeping the company’s long-term trust and credibility among stakeholders in mind. He established a strong framework of good corporate governance and decided not to deal with unaccounted money from the very beginning. This was unheard of in the early 70s and is one of the most distinguishing features of the company’s culture even today. It helped lay a strong foundation for the brand Puravankara based on transparency and ethical practices.This also helped Puravankara Limited secure one of the first foreign direct investments (FDI) in the Indian real estate market in 2005. The group then established a joint venture (JV) with Keppel Land, a development company owned by the Singapore Government.Under Ravi Puravankara's strategic leadership, Puravankara Limited made history by becoming one of the early real estate players to list on the Indian stock exchanges in 2007. In 2008, Provident Housing Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, was established under his aegis to address the aspirations of upwardly mobile Indians and first-home buyers. Further, in December 2020, the Company successfully mobilised US$ 76 million from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and IFC Emerging Asia Fund (EAF) for investment in Provident Housing. Subsequently, he led the launch of Purva Land to cater to the needs of people desirous of plotted developments.Recognising the need for backward integration in construction, he established Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Limited (SICL) as an internal engineering division of the group. Additionally, Purva Streaks, the interior design arm, caters to customers looking for an integrated interior design solution.&nbsp;His constant emphasis on customer needs and delight has earned him several awards and accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award 2023 by CREDAI Karnataka and the Lifetime Achievement Award by Construction Week Magazine. Under his stewardship, in 2020, Puravankara Limited was bestowed with an Honourable Mention for Excellence in Digital Disruption at the World Economic Forum New Champion Awards.Beyond business, Ravi Puravankara is dedicated to driving positive social and environmental outcomes. Under his guidance, the company’s CSR initiatives are helping transform people’s lives positively in educating underprivileged children, water conservation; afforestation, and several long-term initiatives championing a sustainable and equitable future. For these efforts, the company bagged the prestigious Vishwakarma Award for Social Development and Impact in 2024, instituted by the Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC).&nbsp;&nbsp;

Mr. Ravi Puravankara

Mr Nani R. Choksey brings around five decades of unparalleled experience in real estate development, construction, and finance, underpinned by his sharp business acumen. A founding pillar of Puravankara since its inception in 1975, Mr Choksey played a crucial role in its growth and success. In the company’s formative years, he single-handedly managed various departments, including legal affairs and customer relations. Mr Choksey continues to be deeply involved in all of the company’s projects, leveraging his vast industry knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to growth. His enduring dedication and expertise remain integral to Puravankara’s ongoing success and expansion.

Mr. Nani Rusi Choksey

Mr. Ashish R. Puravankara is the Managing Director and Director on the board of Puravankara Limited. He oversees the entire business, primarily identifying growth opportunities for Puravankara Limited. He has played a vital role in ensuring superior construction quality by leveraging innovative technologies. Ashish’s strong entrepreneurial vision led to the launch of Provident Housing, a leading large-scale community developer. This venture also led to the subsequent launch of Purva Land, a plotted development arm.Under Ashish’s decisive leadership, Puravankara has completed several residential and commercial projects across nine cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, and Mangaluru) in India. The company has also successfully entered the Mumbai redevelopment market and is looking to expand its presence in the West. Puravankara Limited’s steady growth is a testament to his strategic formulation, financial acumen, and enterprise development expertise. His global exposure and access to a diverse network have continually enabled him to innovate and redefine success for the company.Today, Ashish is widely recognised in the industry for his deep understanding and knowledge of the real estate sector and his drive for excellence. He has held the position of President of CREDAI Bengaluru in the past. He has been recognised with several awards, some of which are – the Grohe Hurun India Residential Real Estate Developer Award 2023, the Real Estate Person of the Year-South by Construction Week India (2023), the Real Estate Thought Leader of the Year - IBE 6th India Property Awards (2021) and Best MD of the Year - CIA World Awards (2020).Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Degree in Business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He is passionate about travel, adventure and motorsports.

Mr. Ashish R Puravankara

Having been involved in the business from an early age, Amanda Joy Puravankara carved a niche for herself in the organisation. She understands the needs of aspiring homebuyers and is aligned with Puravankara Limited’s vision of “Always About You”.At Puravankara Limited, she oversees technology, customer initiatives, new business development, organisational behaviour and culture. She is deeply involved in the product development lifecycle - right from land acquisition, concept &amp; design to market strategies. She is abreast of the current industry trends in the realty sector, especially technology. Her knowledge and insights help the brand offer products and solutions to stay ahead of the curve.Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Honours from the University of Southampton, England and has completed the Executive General Management program at the Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore. In 2021, she was recognised as one of the top ’40 under 40’ entrepreneurs for her exemplary contribution to the realty sector. She has been honoured with several awards, including ‘Woman Achiever of the Year’ at the Economic Times Business Excellence Awards 2022-2023, Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2018-19 by Quikr Homes, Women Entrepreneur by Business Connect and Women in Corporate Award 2019 for Innovation by Women’s Web.Amanda is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment, diversity and inclusion. She is also passionate about travelling and fitness and runs the Davedaan Trust, which works for women’s rights.

Ms. Amanda Joy Puravankara

Distinguished as a global wealth creator, value grower, and adept organisation builder, Mallanna has achieved remarkable success throughout his career in profitable real estate development startups, business scaling, PE fundraising, and real estate asset investment and management.&nbsp;&nbsp;His expertise lies in profitably scaling startups across Asia-Pacific (APAC) and North America, seamlessly combining financial acumen with extensive development experience to navigate the full project lifecycle.&nbsp;With a visionary mindset, he has conceptualised and developed a spectrum of real estate asset classes, exceeding $1 billion in value, spanning commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.&nbsp;His commitment to sustainability stands as a hallmark of his leadership, actively championing environmentally conscious measures in new projects and our corporate office. Beyond mere profit margins, his leadership prioritises long-term environmental responsibility through the integration of eco-friendly construction and practices.&nbsp;A leader with a multicultural background and global business experience, Mallanna guides diverse teams to deliver success for investors, employees, and customers. He is an esteemed alumnus of the Harvard Business School and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He brings a unique blend of academic excellence and practical proficiency to his role.

Mr. Mallanna Sasalu

Rajat Rastogi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of West Region &amp; Commercial Assets Pan India Puravankara Limited. He has been instrumental in driving growth and scaling the company’s presence across the western region for residential projects and for creating commercial platforms at the pan-India level. &nbsp; Rajat Rastogi is a seasoned real estate leader with an impressive 21 years of industry experience. His career spans two decades in real estate &amp; financial services, during which he has successfully set up and led new businesses, driving substantial revenue growth. His expertise extends to various domains, including business leadership, finance, P&amp;L, brand and distribution, team management, &amp; customer centricity, making him a well-rounded professional in the real estate sector. &nbsp;&nbsp; Rajat has held leadership positions with the Runwal Group, Lodha Group, Deutsche Bank, and CitiBank. He has an MBA from the ICFAI Business School in Hyderabad.&nbsp;

Mr. Rajat Rastogi

Deepak Rastogi is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Puravankara Limited. He brings over 30 years of rich experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation across diverse industries and global markets.&nbsp;Before joining Puravankara, he served as President &amp; Group CFO at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide initiatives across financial strategy, profit and loss (P&amp;L) management, fundraising, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), and digital transformation. His leadership was instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and supporting the company's growth ambitions.&nbsp;A Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the S. P. Jain Institute of Management &amp; Research, Deepak is known for his strategic foresight, strong governance focus, and ability to align financial frameworks with long-term business goals.

Mr. Deepak Rastogi

Ravi Kumar serves as President and Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Puravankara Limited. In his current role, Ravi is responsible for driving sustainable people practices, shaping organisational culture and fostering innovative business outcomes. With over 28 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Ravi brings in a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, talent management, industrial relations, employee engagement, learning and development, business transformation, culture building and leadership coaching. Ravi is best known for his contributions towards building leadership capabilities and coaching colleagues from the industry, in India and overseas.Prior to joining Puravankara Limited, Ravi held HR leadership positions at Page Industries Limited, Roche Diabetes Care IMEA, Roche Diagnostics Middle East FZCO, Roche Diagnostics India, Saint-Gobain India (Grindwell Norton Limited), and Larsen &amp; Toubro Limited.His peers and associates remember him fondly for his mentoring abilities and his focus on developing culture and talent within the organisation. Ravi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the reputed Xavier Institute of Social Service.When not at work, Ravi enjoys photography and loves to travel.
