Deepak Rastogi is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Puravankara Limited. He brings over 30 years of rich experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation across diverse industries and global markets.

 Before joining Puravankara, he served as President & Group CFO at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide initiatives across financial strategy, profit and loss (P&L) management, fundraising, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and digital transformation. His leadership was instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and supporting the company's growth ambitions.

 A Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Deepak is known for his strategic foresight, strong governance focus, and ability to align financial frameworks with long-term business goals.
